XINLIN INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD. ("we", "us") respects and protects your personal data. This policy explains what we collect on www.xinlin-wine.com and our official accounts, why we collect it, who processes it on our behalf, and how you can access or delete it.

1. What we collect
Information you give us
When you submit the enquiry form on this website, we receive the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, business name, the subject of your enquiry and your message. Only name and phone number are required; the rest is optional.
When you contact us through our LINE official account (@921vymhi), we retain the conversation, together with the user identifier and display name provided by the LINE platform. We do not receive your LINE login credentials, phone number or friend list.
When you call, email, or leave your contact details at our showroom, we record the contact information and service request necessary to assist you.
Information collected automatically
This website uses Meta Pixel (dataset ID 1109005708537561) to understand site usage and advertising performance. It records which pages you view, whether you submit an enquiry, whether you click a phone or LINE link, and general technical information about your browser and device. This is used for statistics and ad optimisation and does not include your name, phone number or email address.
If you are signed in to Facebook or Instagram, Meta may associate that browsing activity with your account under its own policies. That processing is governed by Meta's privacy policy and can be managed in your Meta account settings.
2. How we use it
We use your personal data only to respond to enquiries; arrange showroom visits, quotations, installation or repair; provide maintenance reminders and warranty service; send product or event information where you have agreed to receive it; and compile website and advertising statistics.
We do not sell, rent or otherwise pass your personal data to third parties unrelated to these services.
3. Third-party services we use
To deliver these services we rely on the following providers, which process your data only to the extent necessary:
FormSubmit
The enquiry form is forwarded to our mailbox by FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). The fields you complete pass through that service.
Meta (Facebook / Instagram)
Used for website analytics and advertising, and to run our official Facebook Page and Instagram account.
LINE
Used to run our LINE official account for enquiries and customer service. Conversations are stored in our customer service system.
Each provider maintains its own privacy policy, which governs how it handles the data it receives.
4. About our social posting application
We operate an in-house application named "我的發文機器人" (App ID 907921815720609). Its sole purpose is to publish our own product and service content to our own Facebook Page, Instagram account and Threads account.
The application offers no third-party login, is not available to anyone outside our company, and neither reads nor stores any end user's personal data. It uses only our own access tokens, to publish to our own accounts and to read the performance figures of our own posts.
When you view or interact with our social posts as an ordinary user, that activity is handled by Meta under its own privacy policy; this application collects nothing in addition.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiry and customer service records: three years from our last contact with you, so that we can follow up properly.
Purchase, warranty and repair records of customers: for the warranty period and any period required by law, in order to honour warranty and after-sales obligations.
Website analytics: for the retention period set by Meta.
Beyond these periods, or once you ask us to delete your data, we erase or anonymise it.
6. Accessing, correcting or deleting your data
Under Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act you may, in respect of the personal data we hold about you: request access or review, request a copy, request supplementation or correction, request that we cease collecting, processing or using it, and request deletion.
How to make a request: contact us by any of the means below, stating what you would like us to do (access / correct / delete) and the phone number or email address you originally gave us, so that we can verify your identity:

Once we receive your request and confirm your identity, we will complete it and reply within fifteen working days. Deletion cannot be undone. Transaction or warranty records that we are required by law to retain will be deleted once the statutory period expires.
If you wish to remove a comment or message on one of our social accounts, you may also delete it yourself on that platform, or ask us to do so using the contacts above.
7. Cookies and tracking
This website and Meta Pixel use cookies and similar technologies to record browsing activity and advertising performance. You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will continue to work normally; only the advertising statistics will no longer include your visits.
8. Data security
We protect the personal data we hold with reasonable technical and organisational measures, including restricted access, services that transmit data over encrypted connections, and periodic review of system settings. No internet transmission can be guaranteed absolutely secure; in the event of a data breach we will notify affected individuals as required by law and take remedial action.
9. Changes to this policy
Any revision will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. Where a change is significant, we will also notify you by appropriate means.
